As my first newsletter as CEO, I wanted to thank all the Service Users, families and staff for your congratulations and words of encouragement that have been very supportive as I settled into the role.
I certainly hit the ground running on 1 October and over the last 10 weeks I have worked very closely with the Flexi Board of Directors in reviewing the organisation’s finances, strategic focus, policies and procedures and much more. Many decisions have had to be made, some much easier than others, but I can assure you these decisions have always been made with the Service Users and the delivery of quality services as the most important consideration.
